Soleil stripes
The weather-resistant fabric for this jolie Dune chair is made by Toiles du Soleil, a former espadrille factory in rural French Catalonia, who also produce gorgeous hardwearing deckchair-type canvas. The steel-framed chair itself, designed by Pascal Mourgue is available from the Conran shop for £130. There's a tasty matching lounger (£550) too.
