If you need convincing, then read their price' section. It breaks the cost down to either a straight £15,000, a less painful £800 a year or a practically painless £15 a week. By then you start thinking - Let's get one, who cares that I don't actually work.
My property guru Sarah (Beeny to you) reckons it will add 5% to the value of your house and even Andrew Marr has been extolling the virtues of his work hideaway. Seriously, this makes sense as in most cases it does not need planning permission and if you are really shrewd can save you tax in other ways. This wouldn't be the one I would choose, I'll let you see that when they let me have the picture!
